How to Order

I'm here to make sure you get the costume that you want just as soon as we can deliver it to you.

You can order online direct from this web site at any time of day or night. Alternatively just pick up the phone and call us.

1) Order online:  On any product page just enter the quantity you want to order and click the BUY button.  This will add the product into your "shopping cart".

You can then click to "Check out" (to pay right away) or "Continue shopping" (to add more products to your shopping cart).

When you are ready to "check out" click the "My shopping" button to the right of the page and you'll see a summary of everything in your shopping basket.

2) Order by telephone:  If you don't like ordering online or you want to talk with someone just pick up the phone and call us:

Deliveries and availability - This is IMPORTANT.

We understand you many want to order a costume for a particular party date and it is important that it arrives in time.

If an item is IN STOCK  (as most are) -  you can expect delivery in one to three days (see below).

If an item is temporarily OUT OF STOCK  -  expect delivery in about 7 days.

If we have your costume in stock then we can dispatch the same day for orders received before 2.00pm.

 

For in-stock orders received after 2.00pm we may dispatch the following day.

CHECK WITH US FIRST about availability if you want to be absolutely CERTAIN to receive a particular item in less than 7 days from ordering.
